I love trying new restaurants, like Puka Puka Kitchen in Hilo on the Big Island. Today’s special: shoyu chicken.

Must have drowned that chicken in a vat of shoyu… and it looks pretty good. Don’t care for the tomato wedge… give me more rice.

It was very shoyu-y, for sure! But the meat just fell off the bones. 🙂
