Today’s happy shot

By Catherine Toth Fox • May 9, 2011 • Food, Happy Shots, Weekend Dish

When the cheesecake you make for your mom comes out better than you had anticipated.

(This is the lemon cheesecake with gingersnap crust I baked yesterday for Mother’s Day. It was a little undercooked, but the flavors were great. I think there’s something wrong with my oven…)

Damn Cat, that looks so ono. Did you post the recipe for that one? I could eat that entire thing myself. WOW.

Well, I just wish the cheesecake came out better — for my mom. I mean, she ate it, but then again, she eats anything! Nah, nah 🙂

That’s a great photo, Cat! If the cheesecake tasted as good as it looked, I’m sure your mother appreciated it. Was that the first time you made that recipe?
