Most of the women I know need two things: a well-rounded meal and a foot massage.
To me, that’s a perfect Valentine’s Day gift right there. I’d be happy with just that.
But to make the day even more special, I’ve come up with five surefire gift suggestions that will make any so-busy-her-makeup-routine-happens-on-the-commute-to-work woman smile a little more than normal.
Here they are, in no particular order:
Fancy sheets
There's nothing that evokes a romantic getaway at home than fancy bed sheets. So why not recreate that luxurious vacation with high-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases? (Trust me, you'll love them, too.) My pick: The Hotel Collection Bedding, 800 Thread Count Egpytian Cotton Sheets from Macy's, $220 for a queen-sized bed.

What about his and hers surfboards? Or maybe a trip to Phuket? Must admit a good foot massage is hard to beat!
Man, I’m so into those two suggestions! Want my hubby’s phone number???
If he has a nice looking sister I’ll take her number instead 🙂
Hello Cat!
My wife would ready like a foot massage or a full body massage.
Foot massage — I highly recommend Kenko Sokushin in Waikiki. And you can add a little more to get a neck and shoulder massage. So worth it!
CAT: How about a maid for the day…and a cook for the day…and a lover for the night!
Maid for the day — BRILLIANT IDEA! I don’t know about the last part, though… 🙂
Cat, my wife thinks that it’s the husband job to plan Valentines Day and Anniversaries, what do you think?
Well, it depends on who’s the planner in the family. I think if she usually does all of the planning, you should plan these two days. But if you’re the planner, then she should do it. Only fair!
